PROMOS funding: Application period 06.10.2025 to 03.11.2025

PROMOS funds stays abroad such as study stays and internships outside of the Erasmus+ area, language and academic courses abroad, as well as group study trips and group competition trips abroad (PROMOS • Education • Freie Universität Berlin). The application period for the first half of 2026 is from 06.10.2025 to 03.11.2025.

Information sessions for interested students

Two info sessions will be held online via Webex on 09.10.2025 and 16.10.2025 for students interested in learning more about funding opportunities and application requirements.

Office hours

We offer office hours on Tuesdays between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 02:00 and 04:00 p.m., as well as on Thursdays between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the Student Service Center (Iltisstraße 4 at the underground station Dahlem Dorf) and via WebEx to discuss individual questions.
