The members of the IRTG Temporalities of Future met in Mexico City from 12 to 15 June for the Summer School. For the first time, this event took place in the facilities of the three Mexican partner institutes: while the reception and the closing events were celebrated as usual in the Colegio de México, on the second day the participating researchers went to Casa Chata of the Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios Superiores de Antropología Social, and on the third day they met at the Instituto de Investigaciones Sociales of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. With a total of more than 50 participants from Europe and Latin America, 30 presentations on temporalities of future were discussed from different perspectives and disciplinary approaches. Joint lunches and evening events gave the new generations of PhD students from Berlin and Mexico the opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss their research projects with the participating scholars.
