We are happy to announce that Mariana Almaraz Reyes, PhD fellow of the second generation at the International Research Training Group "Temporalities of Future", has successfully completed her doctorate in Anthropology with the thesis "Entre sombras y reflejos. Futuridades, futurizaciones y futurabilidades del patrimonio local en Teotitlán del Valle (Oaxaca) por y desde la comunidad binnizá" on August 15, 2025, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Stephanie Schütze with the academic degree "summa cum laude".
