Dr Jorge E. Delgado will join the political science department at the Institute for Latin American Studies as an associated researcher. Dr Delgado will work with Prof Markus Hochmüller on the project "Security Governance Transformation in Colombia". He is a former Chevening Scholar and holds a Ph.D. from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. He is also an affiliate of the Global Security Programme at Pembroke College, University of Oxford.
